Service Description:	Provides counselling, psychotherapy, education, and support services to assist individulas to make positive changes Offers support in person, by appointment only or by phone, video call, and online counselling Services are confidential and address personal, family, or work life issues for individuals, couples and families Offers a free social skills program for youth aged 12-17 to build confidence, positive decision making and healthy coping 10-week group sessions led by community mentors evening and daytime options
