Service Description:

Provides counselling, psychotherapy, education, and support services to assist individulas to make positive changesOffers support in person, by appointment only or by phone, video call, and online counsellingServices are confidential and address personal, family, or work life issues for individuals, couples and families
Provides counselling, consultation, and wellness programs for employers and employees to help resolve personal and work-related problems Assists with a broad range of concerns, including:- Balancing work and family, and more
- Childcare/parenting
- Conflicts with co-workers
- Harassment
- Personal and/or job stress
- Relationship issues
- Separation issues
- Substance use
