Service Description:	Provides counselling, psychotherapy, education, and support services to assist individulas to make positive changes Offers support in person, by appointment only or by phone, video call, and online counselling Services are confidential and address personal, family, or work life issues for individuals, couples and families Provides support to individuals experiencing issues such as: Stress Anxiety Depression Grief Recent or previous trauma
