Service Description:
  • Provides counselling, psychotherapy, education, and support services to assist individulas to make positive changes
  • Offers support in person, by appointment only or by phone, video call, and online counselling
  • Services are confidential and address personal, family, or work life issues for individuals, couples and families


  • In partnership with St Joseph's Care Group; provides short-term counselling support to youth and their families
    • Serves as a clinical 'bridge' in situations where a youth is in crisis and services are not available, or,
    • A youth requires support in accessing further community services for issues related to:
      • Criminal activity
      • Human/sex trafficking
      • Mental health
      • Personal and/or family relationships
      • Relationship violence
      • Substance use
      • Trauma
      • Counsellors can meet youth where they are at to make a connection and start the conversation
      • Designed for youth facing multiple barriers to well-being and success

    Eligibility / Target Population: Youth aged 12 to 25 years, facing multiple barriers to well-being and success, including

    • disengaged from their communities

    • disengaged from mainstream services

    • not attending school

    • not employed

    • hard to reach
