Service Description:

LifeLabs provides
- Laboratory testing services, which help physicians and other healthcare providers in the prevention, diagnosis, treatments
- Monitoring of disease and illness in
patientsProvides treatment and prescription of medications for common medical ailments, including rashes, pink eye, insect bites, acne, and urinary tract infectionsProvides prescription of COVID-19 antiviral treatment (Paxlovid)
Offers specimen pick up and blood collection services in a patient's own home at the request of a physician or healthcare provider if the patient is unable to attend a Life Labs location due to physical restrictions, pain or a risk to public health

Only requests from physicians and healthcare providers are accepted

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
Patients are eligible if they:
- reside in a long-term care facility or,
- are unable to leave their home due to:
- physical immobility
- physical/mental hardship and/or pain
- there is a public health risk of spreading communicable diseases (such as rubella or chicken pox)
