Operates an 18 bed capacity hospital consisting of an acute care wing, long term care wing, as well as emergency and outpatient services
Exercise and education for persons living with chronic pain- Provides a 6-week self-management and exercise program to help individuals enhance their ability to function in their daily lives
- Provides an inter-professional team to help set goals
