Service Description:

Provides a variety of rehabilitation services, mental health and addiction services, and long-term care services
As part of the Rheumatic Diseases Program, offers a Living with Fibromyalgia class- Offers a small group self-management education based program that includes light exercise
- Provides five 2.5 hour sessions
