Service Description:

Operates a 41-bed acute care facility and provides an array of health care services
NOTE: Do not call the Emergency Department seeking medical advice. Due to legal reasons the emergency department staff are unable to provide advice or information over the telephone
Exercise and education for persons living with chronic pain- Kinesiologist provides a virtual exercise class 2 days a week

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
People who have attended the 6 week pain management program at St Joseph's Care Group and require follow-up
