Provides community therapy services in the areas of homecare, paediatrics, brain injury, concussion, complex orthopedics and outpatient orthopedic clinic
Offers assessments, both functional and in-car, for those with a medical condition or vision loss that may affect their ability to drive or require assistive devices or vehicle modifications

Eligibility / Target Population:

- Must be legal age to drive
- Must meet MTO requirement for driving related to vision
- Must possess valid driver's licence or ability to obtain a one-day temporary licence
