Service Description:
|
Provides a variety of rehabilitation services, mental health and addiction services, and long-term care services
Rehabilitation team that provides support for individuals who require a prosthesis- Provides weekly clinics by a Physician, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Prosthetist, and Social Worker
- Offers an Amputee Clinic Monday afternoons via Ontario Telemedicine Network as required
- Provides assessment for suitability for a prosthesis and/or modifications of an existing prosthesis
