Operates a self government and is responsible for the day to day operations of the Wabauskang First Nation- Tribal Council: Bimose Tribal Council (BTC)

Operates a community public library and loans out various items including the following:- Books, with all Indigenous content
- An e-reader
- Two iPads equipped with a library cataloguing app to facilitate book borrowing and returns
Also provides a reading nook lounge area
