Service Description:

Offers a wide range of community-based and culturally appropriate programs and services to Métis people
Operates under the Ontario Mental Health Demonstration Project/Telemental Health InitiativePartners with Providence Care Centre (PCC) in Kingston to provide clinical services to Métis citizens and families as well as increase access to mental health professionalsProvides the following services and programs for individuals and families dealing with mental health/addictions issues:
- Screening and assessments
- Intake
- Early intervention
- Referrals
- Case management
- Aftercare support using contemporary and traditional therapeutic interventions such as healing circles and individual/group counselling
- Mental wellness promotion and peer support
