A health care organization comprised of the Wilson Memorial General Hospital in Marathon, and the McCausland Hospital and Wilkes Terrace Long Term Care Facility in Terrace Bay. Provides various health care services to residents in the two rural areas.
Hospital based community physiotherapy clinic- Health professionals assess and treat conditions that affect the muscles, nerves and bones that may be caused by work or sports or motor vehicle collision injuries, chronic conditions, or to recover after an operation (hip and knee surgery)

- OHIP coverage for those 19 years and younger, 65 years and older, ODSP or Ontario Works recipients, and people hospitalized for at least one night due to an injury
