Serves as a non-political, regional Chiefs Council which provides support services to five First Nation communities
Provides technical advisory and training services to housing authority and band government personnel in all housing issuesProvides advisory and support services with Architectural CAD and DesignInspects existing housing and various stages of new housing construction in member communitiesOffers advisory services with housing policies, contracts and lease agreementsAssists in the development and submission of housing proposals and building plan reviewsAssists with on-reserve Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) funding applicationsDelivers the Residential Rehabilitation Assistance Program (RRAP)Co-hosts the annual First Nations Northern Housing Conference with several other Tribal Councils
