Oversees the administration and operation of municipality and the enforcement of municipal by-laws and related services

- Manages all corporate records and policies and procedures
- Acts as liaison betwen the public and Members of Council
- Maintains and prepares the agendas, by laws and minutes for all council meetings
- Maintains the books, records and accounts of Town Council and provides advice about legal requirements
