Service Description:
|
Oversees the administration and operation of all municipal programs, services and facilities
Oversees the operations and maintenance of municipal infrastructure and related services
- Maintains three municipal cemeteries
- Responsible for installation and removal of town dock
Roads and Transportation
- Maintains and repairs local roads, curbs, sidewalks and ditches
- Responsible for snow removal, sanding and salting roadways and sidewalks
- Responsible for street lighting and traffic signals
- Maintains municipal bridges
Sewer and Wastewater
- Provides and maintains sewer and wastewater services
- Provides inspections for new sewer systems
Waste and Recycling Management (Landfill)
- Responsible for residential waste and recycling collection
- Posts waste and recycling collection schedules online
- Provides household hazardous waste disposal at landfill
- Provides electronics disposal at no charge at landfill
- Provides online lists for acceptable electronics, hazardous waste and recyclable items
NOTE: Landfill does not accept building/construction materials
