Service Description: Manages the daily operations of the town of Emo and oversees the daily operations of the following departments:
  • Administration
  • Finance Department
  • Fire Department
  • Landfill and Recycling Management
  • Planning and Building
  • Public Works
  • Town Council


  • Acts as the governing body for the municipality by means of debating and passing by laws and resolutions and appropriating funds; duties carried out through the Mayor and four Councillors
