Brings people together to develop programs and services for the community
Provides free home telephone service to eligible low income parents/guardians of children enrolled in either the Thunder Bay Catholic District School Board or the Lakehead District School Board

Individuals must apply through their child's school

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
Low income families who:
- Have at least one child registered at, and attending on a full time basis, a school in either the Lakehead District School Board or the Thunder Bay Catholic District School Board; AND
- Cannot connect or maintain telephone services on their own; AND
- Do not have an Emergency Contact telephone number on file with the school, or whose contact telephone number is to a friend, family member or pre-paid cellular telephone
