Service Description: Provides culturally appropriate health and social services to member First Nation communities

  • Provides a confidential electronic Registry for member First Nations to collect and store individual and community information
  • Developed by Kenora Chiefs Advisory and maintained by Health Directors/Clerks of individual communities
  • Participation is voluntary for all community members; consent form provided for those wishing to be removed from Registry
  • Contains information such as name, birth date, gender, address, Indian status and contact information; may also contain traditional name and/or clan membership

  • Fees: None
    Application: No application process
    Eligibility / Target Population: First Nation individuals from member communities

    Anishinabe of Wauzhushk Onigum, Grassy Narrows First Nation, Naotkamegwanning First Nation, Northwest Angle 33 First Nation, Northwest Angle 37 First Nation, and Obashkaandagaang First Nation
