Service Description: Promotes the rights and well-being of individuals with Alzheimer's Disease and their caregivers

  • Operates an eight-week program that provides physical activity as well as mental and social stimulation for individuals living with early to mid-stage Alzheimer's Disease or other dementias, and their care partners
  • Provides a place to establish new friendships with others living with Alzheimer's
    •
