Service Description:

Functions as a volunteer based community organization providing compassionate companionship to individuals and their families as they respond to end of life challenges
Hospice Northwest provides support to those who are living with or dying from illness or disease, and also provides grief and bereavement support to both adults and children for those who have lost a loved one through various support programs
Supports individuals with a life limiting illness so they can remain comfortable and dignified for the remainder of their livesMatches volunteers with clients on a one-on-one basisProvides respite care for caregiversProvides assistance with shopping, making phone calls, writing letters, getting to appointments, and community outingsProvides bedside supportProvides support in home, hospital, or long term care facility
