Provides Speech Language Pathology and Occupational Therapy services in-home and in community
Services are provided by licensed Speech Language Pathologists and registered Occupational Therapists

Adult Occupational Therapy
Services include:
  • adaptive equipment assessments and prescriptions
  • cognitive screening/assessments
  • energy conservation techniques to better manage fatigue
  • general functional assessments
  • home safety assessments
  • mobility aid assessments and prescriptions for canes, walkers, wheelchairs and scooters
Adult Speech Language Pathology
Services address clients with:
  • Acquired Brain Injury
  • Motor Vehicle Accident
  • Neuro degenerative Diseases (MS, ALS, Parkinson's disease)
  • Stroke
Children's Occupational Therapy
Provides care management, Speech and Language Pathology and Occupational Therapy services to children through Jordan's Principle program

Services focus on:
  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • handwriting
  • motor delays
  • self-regulation
  • sensory processing difficulties
  • visual motor skills
Children's Speech Language Pathology
Services focus on:
  • ASD
  • auditory and language processing difficulties
  • literacy skills
  • speech and language disorders and delays
  • social communication
Also provides:
  • parent training for early intervention
  • capacity building training and in-services to communities

Application: Referral from physicians or other health care practitioners, self-referral
