Offers a 24 hour confidential crisis lineOffers telephone crisis counselling, information and supportProvides referrals to agency programs, external resources, legal information and community services, as well as culturally appropriate resources for abused women

- Women who have experienced or are experiencing physical, sexual, emotional or financial abuse
- Friends and/or family members of abused women
- Service providers and other professionals in contact with abused women
