Operates a self government and is responsible for the day to day operations of the Sandy Lake First Nation- Independent First Nation (No Tribal Council affiliation)

- Maintenance of equipment and operation of the water treatment and sewage treatment plants
- Repairs and upkeep of community buildings and residential homes
- Snow removal
- Upkeep of public spaces and grounds
- Garbage collection and maintenance of on-reserve landfill site
Capital Planning- Provides assistance in project management services and community development and planning
