Service Description:
|
Responsible for the administration and operation of all township programs, services and facilities
Oversees the operations and maintenance of city infrastructure and related services
Roads and Transportation- Maintains and repairs local roads, curbs, sidewalks and ditches
- Responsible for snow removal, sanding and salting roadways and sidewalks
- Responsible for street lighting and traffic signage
Wastewater and Sewer- Provides and maintains wastewater and sewage collection and treatment services
- Provides inspections for new sewer and water line hookups
Waste and Recycling Management (Landfill)- Contracts Chukuni Sanitation Inc for regular curbside collection
- Posts waste and recycling collection schedules online
- Provides household hazardous waste disposal at landfill
Water Treatment and Distribution- Maintains municipal water system and distribution
- Provides and maintains Water Treatment Plant
