Operates a self government and is responsible for the day to day operations of the Lac Seul First Nation- Tribal Council: Independent First Nations Alliance (IFNA)

Oversees the operations and maintenance of community infrastructure and related services for all 3 communitiesMaintains a public works garage in communities of Frenchman's Head and Kejick BayPerforms a variety of tasks and maintenance operations including:- Road maintenance
- Landscaping and community beautification
- Street lighting
- Maintenance of equipment and operation of the water treatment and sewage treatment plants (new water treatment plant built in Kejick Bay, completed in 2019, and the long-term 17 year boil water advisory was lifted on Jan 7, 2020)
- Repairs and upkeep of community buildings and residential homes
- Snow removal
- Upkeep of public spaces and grounds
- Garbage collection and maintenance of on-reserve landfill site
Capital Planning- Provides assistance in project management services and community development and planning
