- Advanced and basic foot care
- Diabetes care plans
- Diabetes self-management
- Nutrition and lifestyle education
- Self-monitoring of blood glucose

Indigenous individuals and families of any age living with diabetes of every type and at every stage or at-risk within Dilico jurisdiction, and children in Dilico care and their caregivers
