Service Description: Provides a range of responsive individual, family and community programs and services for the complete life journey of all Anishinabek people

  • Provides prevention, early identification, and intervention in the area of infant/child development for Anishinabek children experiencing developmental, behavioural or social struggles
  • Provides support to the children and their families through:
    • Screening and assessments
    • Home visits
    • Individual treatment plans
    • Therapeutic play sessions
    • Advocacy and work with other professionals to provide supports

    Fees: None
    Application: Referrals are accepted from parents, community workers and agencies, schools, physicians, clients and other professionals provided the child or guardian is aware of the referral
    Eligibility / Target Population: Anishinabek children from infancy to 6 years of age experiencing developmental, behavioural or social struggles and their families
