Provides general counselling services for:- Individual therapy
- Couples therapy
- Trauma therapy
Counselling services can be provided but not limited to the following areas:- Anxiety and Panic
- Attachment
- Body image and self esteem issues
- Chronic pain
- Conflict resolution
- Depression
- Grief/Loss
- Lifestyle changes
- Obsessive compulsive thinking patterns
- Relationship issues
- Separation or Divorce
- Stress

Service - Hourly; Private social work counselling services are not covered by OHIP; Contact extended health care insurance provider in order to determine coverage prior to first meeting. Approved First Nations and Inuit Health Branch Provider, Blue Cross
