Service Description:

Administers bicultural child protection and prevention services for First Nation children and youthFocus is on providing services that respect Anishinaabe heritage, culture and traditions
Provides extended children's mental health services for children in care Services provided are tailored to the needs of each client, and may include:- Development of treatment plans
- Individual, Family and Group Counselling
- Linkages with health, financial, educational, services in the community
- Support and assistance with behavioral problems
Provides assistance with concerns related to:- Anger management
- Attachment
- Bereavement
- Bullying
- Communication skills
- Family functioning
- Grief
- Loss/separation/divorce
- Relationships
- Sexual abuse
- Social skills
