Service Description:

Provides supportive housing and community support services for seniors and community members with disabilities
Operates as a minimal care assisted living home for seniors- Provides light homemaking and personal support services for tenants with a focus on minimal assistance to promote independence
- Assists with arrangements for lunch and supper meals daily through Meals on Wheels
- Aids with meal preparation
- Assists with personal care
- Provides medication reminders and monitoring
- Assists with arranging appointments for medical and other services
- Assists clients with arrangements for rental contract and installation of lifeline equipment that enables them to obtain 24-hour emergency assistance
Facilities include:- Activity/dining area
- Administration offices
- Examination room for visiting Nurse Practitioner
- Servery (partial kitchen)
- Telemedicine network room
- Television room and library
