Service Description:

Operates a self government and is responsible for the day to day operations of the Whitesand First Nation- Tribal Council: Independent First Nations Alliance (IFNA)

Treaty
Delivers medical transportation services and assistance in making medical appointment arrangements- Provides transportation to medical appointments within the community
- Provides transportation and/or assistance from/to Whitesand First Nation to medical appointments (doctor, dentist, optometrist, specialist) in Sioux Lookout, Thunder Bay and Winnipeg
- Provides assistance with making arrangements for any medical appointments out of town such as booking appointments, hotels, and completing applications for mileage compensation

- Requires 24 hour advance booking; exceptions made for emergencies
- Advance cancellation recommended
