Oversees the operations and maintenance of community infrastructure and related services Performs a variety of tasks and maintenance operations including:
- Road maintenance
- Landscaping and community beautification
- Street lighting
- Repairs and upkeep of community buildings and residential homes
- Snow removal
- Upkeep of public spaces and grounds
- Garbage collection and maintenance of landfill site
