Service Description:	Provides a wide range of community-based and culturally appropriate programs and services to Indigenous peoples residing in or migrating to the city Assists urban Aboriginal peoples who have alcohol or drug problems Provides substance abuse assessments Offers a treatment and aftercare program Provides referrals to substance abuse treatment centres, Healing Lodges, and recovery homes Offers individual counselling and referrals for one-on-one counselling
