Service Description:
|
Provides confidential mental health and addictions counselling for residents in communities North of Superior
Provides the following services for adults:
Mental Health Counselling and Psychiatry- Helps individuals work through any mental health issue or life challenge they're experiencing
- Provides services from a Psyciatrist on-site as well as through tele-medicine
- Offers psychiatric assessments and recommendations for diagnosis, medication and/or recommended treatment options
Addictions- Helps individuals with alcohol, drug, or problem gambling issues
- Provides the required assessments to make referrals to treatment centres
- Works with individuals to coordinate referrals and discharge support planning
- Offers counselling support to individuals who are on a wait list for a treatment centre?
