Service Description: Operates a self government and is responsible for the day to day operations of the Rainy River First Nation

Responsible for planning, developing and implementing all social, recreational and special events for members of the community from school aged to elders
Coordinates and supervises a variety of programs including but not limited to:
  • Adult volleyball nights
  • Game nights
  • Group fitness classes
  • Youth leadership workshops
Also offers:
  • Gym use for private events
  • Structured and unstructured activities at the Centre during Professional Development (PD) days at school
  • Assistance with annual Powwow

Fees: None
Application:
  • Does not require recreation centre membership

  • Private booking arrangements for gym must be made at least 2 weeks prior to required time; prompt cancellation notice is appreciated
