Service Description: Provides a primary health care clinic and outreach programs for Indigenous individuals and families

Provides information about asthma and works closely with patient and physician to determine a diagnosis and treatment plan for individual
Offers information about:
  • Effects of a chronic disease on the lungs
  • Inhaler and aerochamber techniques
  • Physiology of asthma
  • Types of medications and their effect on controlling and managing asthma

Application: Requires booked appointment
Eligibility / Target Population: Indigenous people living in the Rainy River District both on/off-reserve
