Service Description:	Operates a self government and is responsible for the day to day operations of the Sandy Lake First Nation Independent First Nation (No Tribal Council affiliation) Political Territorial Organization: Nishnawbe-Aski Nation (NAN) Treaty #5 Provides education and information on the consequences of alcohol consumption during pregnancy Offers individual and group counselling sessions Offers parenting classes Provides information sessions for teens Advises on the following: Alcohol Related Birth Defects (ARBD) Alcohol Related Neurodevelopmental Disorder (ARND) Fetal Alcohol Effects (FAE) Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS) Partial Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (PFAS)

Eligibility / Target Population:	Members of Sandy Lake First Nation Families of children who have been diagnosed with or are suspected of having Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) or Fetal Alcohol Effects (FAE)
