Service Description:

The Red Lake Family Health Team includes: Family Physicians, a Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurses, Dietitian, Social Workers and Administration- Family Health Teams allow physicians and other
allied health providers to work as a team to focus on keeping patients healthyThe vision calls for physicians, nurse practitioners and other members of the team to practice together in a positive working environment, sharing and benefiting from the complementary knowledge and skills of their colleagues
Walk-in medical clinic- Provides access to an on-call physician for individuals requiring urgent care
- Provides treatment services for medical conditions that require urgent treatment but do not require a visit to a hospital emergency department

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
- Individuals who need medical care for minor illnesses and injuries of an urgent nature
- Clinic is open to all, not just patients rostered to the Medical Associates and/or those of the Family Health Team
