Operates a self government and is responsible for the day to day operations of the North Caribou Lake First Nation- Tribal Council: Windigo First Nations

Oversees the operations and maintenance of community infrastructure and related services
Performs a variety of tasks and maintenance operations including:- Road maintenance
- Landscaping and community beautification
- Street lighting
- Maintenance of equipment and operation of the water treatment and sewage treatment plants
- Repairs and upkeep of community buildings and residential homes
- Snow removal
- Upkeep of public spaces and grounds
- Garbage collection and maintenance of landfill site
Capital Planning- Provides assistance in project management services and community development and planning
