Service Description: Administers programs and services to improve the quality of life for off-reserve Indigenous people with a focus on social, educational and cultural development

  • Promotes a healthy lifestyle by helping participants increase their healthy eating habits and physical activity levels, become smoke-free, and manage their weight
  • Assists individuals in creating a personalized fitness program and provides supervision while participants performs the program
  • Offers specialized programs for children, youth, women, seniors, and disabled adults
