Service Description:

Provides a wide range of innovative services and supports to people who are experiencing mental illness and their families
Provides support to individuals and families affected by mental health issues and have identified the need for peer support from someone who has experienced a mental illness and is knowledgeable of mental health and social services
Services provided include:- Peer and family peer support
- Educational sessions and training seminars
- Regional consumer and family conferences
- Eight-session Family Information Support Program
- Referral and advocacy services
Educational training can include:- Anti-Stigma Education
- Hearing Voices that are distressing
- Mental Health First Aid
- Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP)

- Individuals 18 years of age and older who have a personal mental health issue or have experienced one in the past
- Family members of individuals with a mental health issue
