Service Description: Enhances, maintains, and promotes the mental well being of individuals, families and communities

  • Provides rent supplements to individuals with mental health issues to access safe and affordable housing
  • Helps individuals develop the skills and supports to achieve personal goals
  • Provides the following services:
    • Advocacy
    • Crisis intervention and prevention
    • Outreach and engagement
    • Personal wellness and coping strategies
    • Referrals to community agencies
    • Supportive Counselling
