Service Description: Provides a variety of rehabilitation services, mental health and addiction services, and long-term care services

  • Manages 181 market value and rent geared to income apartment units for seniors or younger individuals with a disability who are capable of living independently with or without support
  • Provides the following support services:
    • Assistance of a Case Manager
    • Emergency response
    • Housecleaning and laundry services
    • Life enrichment
    • Meals
    • Personal care
    • Medication reminders
    • One-to-one support

    Fees: Service; Fee assistance available for 70% of Support Services; assistance is provided by Ministry of Health and Long Term Care
