Service Description:

An organization that seeks to improve the quality of life for children and youth in both their home and community environments
Offers a 60 day, six bed live-in treatment program that provides a safe, structured home-like environment for children/youth who are in severe crisisReassess the child/youth at regular intervals to determine if a treatment extension is requiredServices provided are intended to:- Stabilize high risk behaviours
- Allow for comprehensive assessment and treatment
- Actively engage the child/youth and their family
- Assist with the successful transition back home

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
Children and youth between 11 to 16 years of age who are experiencing any of the following:
- A severe crisis
- Behvioural difficulties
- Emotional dysregulation
- High risk of self-harm
