Operates a self government and is responsible for the day to day operations of the Long Lake 58 First Nation- Tribal Council: Matawa First Nations

Delivers medical transportation services and assistance in making medical appointment arrangementsProvides transportation to medical appointments within the communityProvides transportation from/to Long Lake 58 First Nation Reserve to medical appointments (doctor, dentist, optometrist, specialist) in Longlac, Geraldton and Thunder BayProvides assistance with making arrangements for any medical appointments out of town such as booking appointments and hotels
