Service Description: Operates a self government and is responsible for the day to day operations of the Ginoogaming First Nation

Responsible for planning, developing and implementing all social, recreational and special events for youth of the community
  • Recreation services and facilities include baseball diamond, gymnasium, skating rink and youth centre (former training centre)
  • Provides assistance in organizing boys and girls groups for a week at Dilico Summer Camp in East Loon Lake, Thunder Bay
  • Supervises and chairs a local youth council
Coordinates and supervises a variety of programs including:
  • Game nights
  • Group fitness classes
  • Out-of-town excursions such as youth rallies and cultural events
  • Volleyball nights
  • Youth workshops on topics of interest
