Service Description: Provides a range of responsive individual, family and community programs and services for the complete life journey of all Anishinabek people

  • Provides a community-based intervention program to assist youth living in at-risk neighbourhoods
  • Supports youth in their capacity to make healthy life choices
  • Works in partnership with families, educators, and community programs
  • Supports youth to find opportunities, solutions and resources to address their own social, behavioural, emotional, educational and employment needs
  • Outreach involves coordinated activities that motivate at-risk youth and their families to make positive life choices including:
    • Receiving and sharing information about their interests, concerns and needs
    • Providing relevant information
    • Guiding, mentoring and facilitating access to programs and services
    • Enabling positive community participation
