Service Description:

Administers the justice system in Ontario and protects the public by delivering a wide range of legal services

Conducts assessments with victims to determine their safety risk and to identify other possible related issues or concerns

Provides appropriate referrals based on assessment

Note: These assessments are used to help courts set appropriate conditions of bail for the accused upon release
