Provides residents with the following services:- 24-hour Nursing Care and Supervision

Eligibility / Target Population:

Individuals who are 18 years of age or older, and
- Have a valid Ontario Health Card
- Have health care needs that cannot be met with any combination of caregiving, care in the home or care in the community
- Have health care needs that can be met in a long term care home
